Every Wednesday evening, our clubhouse comes to life at around 6:30 PM for our weekly social nights. The get-togethers take on different vibes as the seasons change, but one thing remains constant: our bar is a welcoming retreat, offering a diverse range of beverages from beers and wines to coffee, tea, and soft drinks, complemented by the scent of freshly baked sausage rolls.
During the spring and summer months, our social nights coincide with our club time trials. It's a time when we warmly welcome competitors and enthusiastic spectators who gather outdoors with their well-earned refreshments after an invigorating evenings race.
When the colder months roll in, our clubhouse offers a sanctuary for those taking part in evening training rides and indoor watt bike sessions. Gathered around the fire, the room comes alive with post-ride conversations and laughter, fostering a sense of shared accomplishment and camaraderie.
For many of our members, the clubhouse serves as a gathering place for informal meet-ups, where our TV screen keeps us updated with the latest racing highlights. Additionally, on the first Wednesday of each month, throughout the entire year, our tradition takes a twist as we swap sausage rolls for a homemade hot meal.
